Storage time
Your personal data will be stored as long as you are a customer with us, and for at least 3 years after the services and customer relationship have ended. Personal data related to invoices and payments will be retained for at least 5 years, as required by Norwegian accounting legislation. Outside of customer relationships, personal data will be deleted after data processing has ended.
Rights
In accordance with Norwegian law, you can at any time gain access to the personal information we have stored about you, and have it corrected or deleted if you wish, by sending us an email.
Where the processing of personal data is based on consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time.
If you believe that we have not complied with your rights under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
